Holiday Program FAQs

How much does the holiday program cost?

The holiday program costs $100 per day. This is an all inclusive cost (morning and afternoon tea provided).

Do I need to book every session within the holiday program?

Attendance is flexible! However, if you attend all three sessions, a discounted rate will be applied to your order.

Do you provide catering?

Yes! Morning and afternoon tea are provided. Please ensure your child brings lunch and a water bottle.

Birthday Party FAQs

How much do birthday parties cost?

  • 1 hour party (up to 15 kids): $200

  • 1 hour party (15 + kids): $250

  • 2 hour party (up to 15 kids): $300 (includes a 20-minute lunch break)

  • 2 hour party (15+ kids): $350(includes a 20-minute lunch break)

How long are your birthday parties?

We offer 1-hour or 2-hour parties. We recommend 1-hour parties, as children may get tired, but we are happy to accommodate longer parties with a scheduled break.

I don’t have a location for my child’s birthday party. Can you provide one?

We recommend securing a local council venue, basketball court, or oval. If you need assistance finding a location, we can help, but please allow at least 6 weeks' notice.

What if the weather is bad?

If bad weather is forecasted, we can reschedule the party, provided we receive at least one week's notice. For last-minute weather issues (within 24 hours), we strongly recommend booking an indoor venue to avoid disruptions.

Can my party consist of just fun games or specific sports?

Absolutely! Let us know your child’s preferences, and we will tailor the party to their interests.

Do you provide catering?

Unfortunately, we do not provide this service at the moment.

Do you provide birthday invitations?

Yes! Download here and customise for your special day.

Music for our party?

Please let us know of any songs, artists or playlists you would like us to play, or you can share a playlist with us. Alternatively, we can create a playlist for your event.

General FAQs

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a store credit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

I have store credit. Will this expire?

No! Your store credit will never expire, but it is non-refundable.
