1. Acceptance of Terms By booking or participating in any services provided by All-Star Play & Party ("the Company"), including Sport Holiday Programs and Birthday Parties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Services Provided All-Star Play & Party provides Sport Holiday Programs and Birthday Parties designed for children. All activities are supervised by trained staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

3. Photography and Media Consent By accepting these terms, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during our events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and brochures. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, you must explicitly state this at the time of enquiry or booking.

4. Payment Policy All bookings must be paid in full prior to the event. Payment secures your spot and ensures your participation in the selected program or party.

5. Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of serious unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the Company. To be eligible for a store credit:

• Notice must be given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

• Store credit can be shared with family members or friends and applied to future bookings.

6. Inclement Weather Policy If the weather is deemed too hot, with temperatures exceeding 35 degrees Celsius, sessions may be rescheduled to a later date. Similarly, in the event of rain, sessions will also be rescheduled. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.

7. Waiver and Release of Liability By participating in our services, you agree to release All-Star Play & Party, including its directors, staff, and affiliates, from any liability, claims, damages, or costs arising from your participation or your child’s participation in our programs and events.

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical details and any necessary health resources (e.g., medications, inhalers) prior to the event. The Company is not liable for incidents arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical information or lack of health resources.

All-Star Play & Party is not liable or responsible for non-participating family members or friends, including their supervision, safety and conduct during events.

Customers also agree not to hold the Company accountable for any professional indemnity claims.

8. Student Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must complete detailed action plans for any medical conditions prior to the event. These plans should include specific instructions for managing the child’s condition during the program.

• The Company does not supply emergency EpiPens, asthma inhalers, or other medical packs. Parents must ensure that their child brings any required health resources to each session.

• If a child is deemed to be acting unsafely or disrupting the safety of others during a session, the Company reserves the right to remove the child from the program. This action will be taken to ensure the well-being of all participants.

9. Privacy Policy Privacy is taken seriously at All-Star Play & Party. All personal information provided is securely stored and handled in compliance with relevant privacy laws. More information can be found in our dedicated Privacy Policy section.

10. Safety and Conduct The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any child or parent whose behavior disrupts the experience of others or compromises safety. All children must follow the instructions of staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

12. Amendments All-Star Play & Party reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or email to existing customers.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and Australia. By agreeing to these terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
